Return & Withdrawal Policy
Please note that our return and withdrawal policies differ depending on the destination country of the order.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
The following statutory right of withdrawal applies only to customers whose delivery address is located within a member state of the European Union (EU).
You have the right to withdraw from your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Return of goods
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or damaged.
Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If possible, the goods should be returned in their original packaging. Please note that missing or damaged original packaging may result in a deduction from the refund due to diminished value of the goods.

Returns sent without prior contact may lead to delays in processing.
Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked shipping service. As proof of return, we may request a tracking number or other valid proof of shipment. Without proof of shipment, we may not be able to locate or verify the return if it is lost.
Exceptions
If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos. In such cases, we will:

Voluntary Return Policy (Non-EU Customers)
For customers whose delivery address is outside the European Union, we voluntarily offer a return option of 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days after receiving your order and return the goods without undue delay.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Returned items must be in their original condition. Customers are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
